TMC: California Chapter The California Chapter was formed by Joseph T. Martin in
1997. In January, 2002 the Chapter was reorganized with a new governing
committee which will be centered in Los Angeles and headed by Doug
Magnon . Above you see Doug Magnon taking delivery at the Maserati
