2004 IAMA Awards at Sardis

11/16/04 -  TMC's iL TRIDENTE magazine has scored once again for quality of writing and photography at today's 2004 IAMA Award ceremony held at NYC's Sardi's restaurant, hosted by the "Madison Avenue Sports Car Driving and Chowder Society." Results were as follows:

1. Category E-16/Interviews: "My life with DeTomaso-a conversation with George Garbutt", Gold Award presented to Seymour G. Pond, writer.

2. Category F-47/Single Photo b+w: "Real World Coupé", centerfold photo, Silver Award presented to Seymour G. Pond, photographer.

3. Category O-65/Print, not otherwise specified: The Maserati Club 2004 Calendar, Gold Award presented to Jim Sitz (photographer) and Seymour G. Pond (editor). This is the second national automotive media award for Jim Sitz' fabulous photos and TMC's 2004 calendar.
