DETROIT AUTO SHOW, 01/06/03: Front of the new "Kubang" concept car. Designed by Giugiaro, it is referred to as a
"Sport-Wagon," for on-road use. The Kubang was shown as a shell only (no interior except in sketches). It exhibited a high degree of finish quality.
In general the buzz from visitors to the stand was very positive although this is sure to be a controversial concept amongst longtime Maserati aficionados.
